Depends on whether or not there is a warrant or capias out for you.
Why are you walking into court? Do you have a summons or something, a court date? Did you violate probation or parole?
Your question is so incomplete no one can answer it but you.
They say a person who serves as their own lawyer, has a fool for a client. I would suggest hiring a lawyer and getting some good legal advise. They way you have it, the question can't be answered.

depends on what your goals are, is this a misdemeanor or felony, do you want to risk a fine or jail time if so how much of either. But mostly yes, especially if there is a warrant you will definetly be arrested, but when you think about it, are you truly qualified to go on the run, for how long, you'll need money.

If you are found guilty and the judge pass an incarceration sentence, you may be escorted to the holding tank.
From there on you will be through with handling money for a while. . .

Is there a warrant out for your arrest? If there is you should just go ahead and get it over with. The longer you wait the worse it is going to be.

you left out a lot. do you have a warrant for your arrest? is this a criminal or civil charge? call the court and find out. they should be able to tell you if you will be arrested, ask to talk to a judge.

Depends on what the charge is, murder, robbery, rape, the answer is yes. Traffic violation, I doubt it unless there is an outstanding warrant for your arrest.
