I've been thinking about it since 8th Grade now. Now I'm in 10th Grade. Something's telling me this is not realistic but it may turn into reallity if I try hard enough.

In eighth grade my school went on a cool field trip to Dorney Park and Wild Water Kingdom at about 7 am. As of now I'm considering that the best day of my life. Latley kids now have been discussing their desire to go. So I'm here now making a permission slip along with details about how to go to and pay for the trip and no i didn't show anyone yet. If there's only ONE way I can turm my whole plan into reallity SO BE IT! But I will try with all my power to make this plan work.

I would have someone take just me, but it's more fun when there's a lot of people than know you be there.

I had to call the cops on my boyfriend and the officer that came to my house and the commonwealth attorney decided to press charges on him, and now I am trying to find a way to get them dropped since I was not the one who wanted the assalt and battery charges pressed in the first place. I talked to the commonwealth attorney and was told that the decision to drop the charges was not mine to make that only they could decide to drop all charges and would get back to me to let me know, but instead the issued a supeana for me to show up in court to testify against him. Please help me to find a way to get these charges dropped. He is a good man and has three beautiful children to take care of and a mother that is on her death bed fighting for her life they all need him to be here for them and not locked up in jail.

Ok... well I guess I've been wondering this for a long time..
But I've been afraid to ask it, cuz yes its upsetting to a lot of woman activists who say its their body, yeah right.
My question is, how come murder is definately horrible but abortion is thought by some to be "their right". It is a baby in there, just cuz you can't see it, doesn't mean its not there.
And yes I believe that if the woman is going to die from giving birth something has to be done.. but ESPECIALLY as a form of birth control, it just makes me so sick. There is always adoption centers, help centers.. all that. Abortion is NOT A BIRTH CONTROL, it is killing a baby, I don't see how anyone can just decide, "I don't want another baby, or I don't want a baby," its so sad.. :[
I mean does the guy have any say in it? Not usually.. doesn't seem right..

Aren't you glad you weren't aborted when you were a baby in your mama's tummy?

You are at your office, and one of your clients walks in, and places a gun, that has been fired on your desk. What do you do with the gun? Also this same client has knowledge of a defendant that you defended, and that client, the one you defended was found guilty but the client that gave you the gun knows he or she is innocent. Now that you have information about the wrongfully imprisoned client from another client, morally, and ethically speaking should you, or would you break the attorny-client priviledge? Would you litigate the attorney-client priviledge clause? Assume you defended the jailed client first, for armed robbery and first degree murder and he or she is on death row.

While checking my credit yesterday through a credit report I purchased on line I realized I was a victim of identity theft. it turns out it was my own brother. I went to the police department and filled out a police report. They tricking thing is I live in NJ and my brother (who commited the crime) lives in NC. I have all the necessary paperwork to prove that he is the one who did it. I have also contacted the law enforcement in NC. They said to have the police report faxed to them as soon as the NJ police officer is done. I want to press criminal charges. Will my brother be charged according to NC laws or NJ laws? How can I press criminal charges? Do I need a lawyer?

When my husband was married to his ex wife, they accumulated credit card debt. In the divorce, my husband's ex wife was ordered to pay the credit card debt but she committed suicide a few months later so my husband is now back to having to pay it. We tried to set up a payment plan with them but the payments they are demanding are more than we are able to afford in a month and they refuse to take a lower payment than what they are asking for. They keep calling us and harrassing us and are threatening to get the sherrif to take our personal items away and called last night demanding our bank account numbers. We refused to give them to them and they asked what bank we went through and said they didn't need the account number just the name of the bank. Can they take money from our account without us consenting to it?

A six year old boy touched a 4 or 5 year old girl in the genital area. The school notifed the parents of the girl. The girls parents now want to press charges against the parents of the boy for child molestation.
I really think this has gone to far. Yes the child should be talked to about right and wrong. However, I feel this may have been a case of pure curiosity. What are your opinions?

My Roommate owes me $ 1800.00 Dollars for rent for the past 3 1/2 months I had to evict him this month because I’m not letting him stay and not pay. Im trying to work out a payment plan to get the money from him. He is just blowing it off. I went so far as to tell him that I would take $ 200.00 a month for the next 9 Month because I know that he does not have it right now. But I think that I just might have to go to court to get the money. How does small claims court work? And is it worth it or should I just keep pestering him and try to get the money myself.

Recently I was at a party where drugs were being passed out. someone gave me a baggie with white powder in it - someone had given it to her too. I didn't want it so I gave it to these 2 girls I knew a little bit. they went outside and took the drugs. I don't know how they took them. one died a few minutes after she took them, and the other is still in the hospital on life support. the police and detectives (I guess) were there for hours. they took me to the police station and called my dad who had to pick me up because I'm a minor. my question - with everyone passing around drugs, can I be arrested for what happened? I already told the police I gave them drugs that someone gave me but I didn't want. I actually been through something similar before and didn't get arrested. But this time seems different.

THIS IS A GREAT E-MAIL....HATS OFF TO CHARLIE DANIELS....AT LEAST HE HAS THE COURAGE TO SPEAK HIS MIND!!!

I don't know how everybody else feels about it, but to me I think Hispanic people in this country, legally or illegally, made a huge public relations mistake with their recent demonstrations.

I don't blame anybody in the world for wanting to come to the United States of America , as it is a truly wonderful place.

But when the first thing you do when you set foot on American soil is illegal it is flat out wrong and I don't care how many lala land left heads come out of the woodwork and start trying to give me sensitivity lessons.

I don't need sensitivity lessons, in fact I don't have any-thing against Mexicans! I just have something against criminals and anybody who comes into this country illegally is a criminal and if you don't believe it try coming into America from a foreign country without a passport and see how far you get. What disturbs me about the demonstrations is that it's tanta-mount to saying, "I am going to come into your country even if it means breaking your laws and there's nothing you can do about it."

It's an "in your face" action and speaking just for me, I don't like it one little bit and if there were a half dozen pairs of gonads in Washington bigger than English peas it wouldn't be happening.

Where are you, you bunch of lily livered, pantywaist, forked tongued, sorry excuses for defenders of The Constitution? Have you been drinking the water out of the Potomac again?
And even if you pass a bill on immigration it will probably be so pork laden and watered down that it won't mean anything anyway. Besides, what good is another law going to do when you won't enforce the ones on the books now?

And what ever happened to the polls, guys? I thought you folks were the quintessential finger wetters. Well you sure ain't paying any attention to the polls this time because somewhere around eighty percent of Americans want some thing done about this mess, and mess it is and getting bigger everyday.

This is no longer a problem, it is a dilemma and headed for being a tragedy. Do you honestly think that what happened in France with the Muslims can't happen here when the businesses who hire these people finally run out of jobs and a few million disillusioned Hispanics take to the streets?

If you, Mr. President, Congressmen and Senators, knuckle under on this and refuse to do something meaningful it means that you care nothing for the kind of country your children and grand-children will inherit. But I guess that doesn't matter as long as you get re-elected.
Shame on you. One of the big problems in America today is that if you have the nerve to say anything derogatory about any group of people (except Christians) you are going to be screamed at by the media and called a racist, a bigot and anything else they can think of to call you.

Well I've been pounded by the media before and I'm still rockin' and rollin' and when it comes to speaking the truth I fear not.
And the truth is that the gutless, gonadless, milksop politicians are just about to sell out the United States of America because they don't have the intestinal fortitude to stand up to face reality.

And reality is that we would never allow any other group of people to have 12 million illegal in this country and turn around and say, "Oh it's ok, ya'll can stay here if you'll just allow us to slap your wrist."

And I know that some of you who read this column are saying "Well what's wrong with that?" I'll tell you what's wrong with it. These people could be from Mars as far as we know. We don't know who they are, where they are or what they're up to and the way the Congress is going we're not going to.

Does this make sense? Labor force you say? We already subsidize corporate agriculture as it is, must we subsidize their labor as well?
If these people were from Haiti would we be so fast to turn a blind eye to them or if they were from Somalia or Afghanistan ?
I think not.

All the media shows us are pictures of hard working Hispanics who have crossed the border just to try to better their life.
They don't show you pictures of the Feds rounding up members of MS 13, the violent gang who came across the same way the decent folks did. They don't tell you about the living conditions of the Mexican illegal some fat cat hired to pick his crop.

I want to make two predictions.

No. 1: This situation is going to grow and fester until it erupts in violence on our streets while the wimps in Washington drag their toes in the dirt and try to figure how many tons of political hay they can make to the acre.

No 2: Somebody is going to cross that border with some kind of weapon of mass destruction and set it off in a major American city after which there will be a backlash such as this country has never experienced and the Capitol building in Washington will probably tilt as Congressmen and Senators rush to the other side of the issue.

I don't know about you but I would love to see just one major politician stand up and say, "I don't care who I make mad and I don't care how many votes I lose, this is a desperate situation and I'm going to lead the fight to get it straightened out."
I don't blame anybody for wanting to come to America , but if you don't respect our immigration laws why should you respect any others?
And by the way, this is America and our flag has stars and stripes Please get that other one out of my face.

God Bless America

We know who the drug-dealers are, we know who the gun-toters are, we know who the burglars are and the auto-thieves in our communities. So why can't we take the laws into our own hands. It seems the police can't do much. The laws protect the criminals more than it does the victims. If there was a vigilante group in my community, I would be very tempted to join. PLEASE DON'T GIVE ME THAT RHETORIC ABOUT ME BEING AS BAD AS THE CRIMINALS BS.
