Yeah, it's illegal (it's called cannabalism)... but that's because they don't taste like chicken

I am not an attorney, but I think it depends on how dead they are. I would wait at least 15 or 20 minutes, then poke them with a stick. If they don't move, it may be ok. Consult your local cannibal rights attorney first, though.

Lol, yes it is illegal to eat humans even if they are dead. It is called cannibalism and the reason why its not legal is because it is humanely unacceptable in our society.

Well Jeffrey Dahmer ate humans. They were typically dead before he feasted. We know he was convicted.

I would have to say human cannibalism is illegal.

sure. yet for an relatively unusual extenuating situations, the State's lawyer won't prosecute and if he did, you will possibly be acquitted or have your sentence suspended.
