I mean, they knew when they started taking the drug that its truly long-term effects hadn't been documented. For that matter, if for some reason you're able to justify suing anyone, why not the FDA? The pharmaceutical company sent a chemical off with the intention of finding out if the watchdogs for this sort of thing thought it was safe enough to prescribe. Who can blame them for selling it when it comes back with the greenlight? There aren't honestly people out there thinking we tested... Oh, I don't know... Prozac since 1920 are there? That's what it would take to prove that prolonged contact doesn't accelerate brainworm embryo growth in senior citizens, or some other such less silly thing.

Even if the former spouse allows to have another marriage it is a punishable offence. Yet a person is legally allowed as many live-in-relationships as one wants even if the first partner objects. Isn't it a hypocracy?

many have suggested my country for us to make way to dump these greedy politicians?but how can we?they are the people who make law,and people who shows defiance to the law is subjected to crimainal liabilities.and the politicians is in control.another pepole rovolution?on what grounds?for us having them all relinquished their positions.it would be a total chaos,there is a saying here,that a politician,is destined to be corrupt.if he has that righteous principle when he was not yet a politician,it will all fall out.that the greed for power and wealth.we would be blinded by it.and another saying very true, if you cant beat them, join them, thats the system.some even said, it must have been our fault for voting these kind of people,but that issue is yet to be argued upon,for it has always been a fact untreated that vast cheating of votes always takes place,we want to struggle,but after 3 people revolution,we kinda feel fed up.we dotn want to think abt so much problems anymore

20years ago I worked and collected government benefits at the same time. I was found out & paid the penalty which was not prison. I received a 12 month suspended prison sentence. It was a large sum of money and I continued to repay. I have done nothing wrong since then & I have always been a model citizen. I applied for a good job and passed all the criteria and was informed that I had the job. I was just waiting to the go ahead when they rang me & told me there was 1 more form to be filled, stating it was very important form & had to be returned via fax asap. This form was for me to authorize a police check. Now I am so worried & stressed over what happened. I am now waiting for them to contact me & with this bad news that they will discover about my having a criminal record. When filling in the form I ticked no to the question: have I any criminal record.As I hoped they would not look into this further. Should I worry?Is there a chance they will still hire me if they find out

If you ever have seen the Tempur-Pedic pressure relieving Swedish mattress commercial on TV you know they send you a free sample of the material.

I have supplied over 25 fake names to my address so I can build a full bed out of these pieces w/o paying 7K for a completed bed. Problem is Tempur-Pedic realized how many went to my address and wont mail any more. What can I do to get more pieces mailed?

Furthermore, when I find a way Tempur-Pedic will mail me unlimited sample materials, I will begin building several beds piece by piece. I may even sell a few for 1/2 price of what Tempur-Pedic sells them for.

What are the laws in Illinois for Child Support? This is a question I have to answer in an essay for school, but I looked on the internet and have noticed that there are many laws and I could probably write a reasearch paper, but I only need bout two paragraphs. Suggestions would be great.

He worked at Dunkin Donuts and he kept putting salt instead of sugar in people's coffee ... he did it for awhile - just enough not to be too noticeable.

As he started choosing "favorite" customers, he upped his antics, they caught on, and he got arrested, rightfully so.

He thinks that this is hysterical and should be recieving royalties for it.

He is in his 30's and is not intellectually or mentally challenged, but how do I get it through his thick head that he will not recieve royalties for this before he really makes a fool of himself contacting a lawyer for a case!

I was watching t.v the other night,and on the natual geographic channel they had a program of convicts in up state prisons.Most of the prisons were southern mexican,blacks and hispanics.All were violent felons.What i want to know is why this country don't send these bastards to iraq and let them kill and rape all they want,since they love it so much instead of wasting tax dollars on keeping these bastards alive?I'm not saying all the prisoners,just the killers and child rapers,and gang members.To much money and time is wasted on this scum

10 year old daughter attacked & throttled by local youth. Attended his home to speak to mother but she was unavailable. Told him to leave her alone. 24 hours later two policemen arrived @ my door saying I had threatened to "burn down their house" - ridiculous and ludicrous scenario. Opinion is, given our daughter's injuries, her attacker has invented this to mask his actions and scare me off. Given a solicitor would start @ £200+ what redress do I have here? (UK law applies).

First, the basics: I got married in Alabama, and now live in Georgia. I have been married for 4 years, and separated for two of those awful years. One year after we separated, I filed chapter 7 bankruptcy, which has recently been discharged. We are in the process of drawing up divorce papers, however, my soon to be Ex claims that because I did not include himself as one of my creditors in my bankruptcy, that he could try to collect the debt that we have accumulated together over the years, which he now is solely responsible for. Is it true that, even though I filed bankruptcy, that I still owe him for half of our bills, or is he trying to trick me???

Why can't all these different agencies be placed under the command of the U.S. Marshal Services? Is having all these different agencies a matter or redundancy?

Couldn't we have U.S. Marshals, drug enforcement or investigative division, firearms and explosives division? Wouldn't the combining under one agency be a savings for taxpayers and easier for Congress to control?

He is paid Social Security and get VA medical care, and he gets federal money to attend college but his name is on the governments watchlist of known terrorists. He has told judges in open court that he supports all terrorists to fight against the US government and that is but the tip of the iceberg. At school homeland security came to interview him and in front of the class he said, he confesses he supports the assassination of President Bush and he told us that they told him he was breaking the law, yet he was and still is free and has no charges against him.
I heard the government has stiff fines against any company that assists any terrorist on the list, why then does the government have him on this list yet pays him SS/ and federal money for School? It is very confusing to us, we do not understand why he is allowed to be so totally lawless. The republicans had control of congress for 10 years and it was filled with corruption and cover ups of criminal activities.
They have been in the white house for six years and that has been the most corrupt and criminal administration to ever be in the white house.
