the only one and last way to kick in to end corruption by making laws and rules against corruption as restrict as it requires
if u make laws and rules more restricts only then u can save yourself from corruption(e g: if u make a low rastigating a traffic police officer if he is to be found taking money in order to take him off easily and cheaply he should be rastigate for all the goverment service or he will charged for his atleast three months salary )
i think in that case corruption can be cracked down.
u cant control corruption until u make your laws strict and hard to come over
look at middle east country the person may cut off his hands for taking money in any illegal service therefore the people of there even dont dare to think like that . very hardly few cases of those types arise through the many years

The work is very urgent, you are left with no option but to give bribe which results in corruption. In India the following are the powers:-

1) Mussel Power - used by politicians

Now, why corruption is there because all politicians require money for retaining the chair. They fix quota of the concerned department for collection of unaccounted money and this is one of the caused of correction.
