If you have two biological children that live with you and one that does not can this lower your child support.

if there has been any changes, it could effect the child support.... but it depends upon the case; income of both parents, and the children in the case.

i sure could. call your caseworker and request a hearing for review.

Yes, if they are paying support for all 3. Then of course it would lower your support. Child support is to help raise a child and give them what they need. Why should you be given money for the child to eat and have shelter if they don't live with you? If the 3rd child however has a different father than the other 2 than no.

It all depends on who has custody! If you have custody of all three but one lives somewhere else - then you do NOT deserve the money for that child!

yes it will lower ur childsupport for only one u just need to put in a requests to go back to court to see what they say

If you have custody and are being paid according to all three living with you, yes!
