Why don't they send criminals to Iraq?

I was watching t.v the other night,and on the natual geographic channel they had a program of convicts in up state prisons.Most of the prisons were southern mexican,blacks and hispanics.All were violent felons.What i want to know is why this country don't send these bastards to iraq and let them kill and rape all they want,since they love it so much instead of wasting tax dollars on keeping these bastards alive?I'm not saying all the prisoners,just the killers and child rapers,and gang members.To much money and time is wasted on this scum
,that will never change their ways,lets clean up America the way castro did with cuba.

You mean massive camps & harsh conditions for the prisioners? How about we do like the Chinese do, put a bullet in their heads and bill the family for the bullet?
