If I know of a shop that is constantly selling ciggys and booze to underage kids is there?

Its my local shop and most times I'm in I see him selling drink or smokes to kids that are so obviously underage and as a mum it worries me

contact the local council and ask for the trading standards office theyre the ones who can take action by revoking the shops licence to sell tobacco and alcohol

Report the activity to the local police. The store should have their alcohol and tobacco licenses revoked. If the local police don't investigate and bring a halt to the activity then report it at the state level

Man, there are a lot of crazy suggestions here. Listen, in Texas, sales are regulated by the "Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission" which also regulates cigarettes. You can call anonymously and they will do an undercover sting. Happens here all the time- just google the ABC of your state and call their tipline. If it's not called the ABC, ask your local restaurant who regulates alcohol licensing- then call them.

Ask around town and see if anyone knows of someone who goes by the name Pauly the Pipeman, or Joey The Sledgehammer. If no one knows anyone with a name like that then most likely the mafia is not protecting the shop and you can report it to the police.

I know that you care about your child. My mom would be doing the exact same thing you are. I have never tried to purchase alcohal or ciggys, however it is easy to get a hold of and yes I do know where to go if I really wanted to get a hold of it. The best thing you can do as a mother is sit your child down and tell them look...I love you, and if you ever need me to come get you from somewhere I will and you wont be in trouble. If my parents told me that I would have so much more fun in highschool. My mom is not one of those cool moms that all my friends talk about she is really close minded and lives in a make believe world that isn't here. Don't be like her, please.

I'm underage and I still purchase ciggy's and booze, mainly because I look older. I think that if you are really worried then you should talk to the dude first and then maybe the police or some type of higher power.
