My mother and father are going through a very nasty divorce. Since I believe my father's affair is wrong he and his girlfriend have hacked into my bank account, stolen credit cards, and have continually been harassing me and my family. I have checked into this and in Alabama there is really nothing they can do to either my dad or his girlfriend except for maybe a slap on the wrist which is time consuming, expensive and non-effefctive.
My sister and I get migraine headaches. I get them bad enough to throw up several times, and when that would happen he would inject me with either Vistoril or Phenergan, both narctotic anti-nausia drugs he had stolen from the hospital. I NEVER asked to be given either of these, and he admitted injecting both me and my younger sister in court. Unfortunately we did not have enough money to afford a stenographer. What's the best thing I can do to prove my case?

I think that you would be better off if you can prove the fraud of taking your money and credit cards! That is fraud and misrepresentation if he managed to finagle access without his name being on the account. I would also question the bank's security. I am hoping you have closed or moved your accounts to another bank where he has no access.

If the statement was made in court, you do not have to have your own stenographer. If the information is part of the court transcript, you can pay to have a copy of the transcript made to the county in which the trial took place. Public records are public records...If the transcript is not available, get an attorney and have him request it under the open records act.

HUH? someone thinks because you are a minor, he can treat? Medical ethics prohibits professionals from treating immediate members of their own families. Remember, ethics violations are not necessarily illegal actions.
And, the question remains.. did you and father have a Dr = patient relationship? Should not have been.
You can't sue any one.. family member or otherwise, for malpractice, unless you have proof to back it up. And that looks very difficult, if (as you say) the drugs were stolen.
Your question does not indicate if you are or are not a minor. If you are a minor, then a parent MAY have some legal access/rights to funds, but then why would a minor have credit cards? And how can you prove that he did this?
Unless you have some means to absolutely prove this happened, you are not going to get very far in court.
One friendly suggestion- you are free, of course, to have your own opinion regarding the divorce. Irregardless... it may be worth while to honestly ask yourself how much of what you are doing, might be retaliation?

How old are you and your sister?
Are you minors?
Is your father a doctor? How do you know he stole the medication? Physicians do have access to medications, you know. If you are a minor, he does have the right to treat you. And being a nurse, the medication he gave you was appropriate for the symptoms you have described. Obviously the judge didn't think he did any unlawful or he would be in jail.
Who was the primary holder of the bank account/charge card?
By the way, a court stenographer is always provided. No one has to hire one.
Sorry, but it sounds like you are just really mad because your parents are getting divorced and you are attempting to seek your own revenge.

what ever attorney they are going to offer for unfastened is going to do the bare minimum. in my view you may desire to seek for out your guy or woman attorney. a attorney you're paying for is going to artwork lots greater durable to get you a greater effective consequence. i could not think of having to bypass by using this. i'm hoping your father in regulation does get greater effective and it fairly does not count number no count number if he gets greater effective or not you nevertheless have a rock soldi case so do not doubt your self. do you innovations saying the place this quack dr is placed so i recognize to by no potential take any of my kinfolk there or bypass there myself.
