Census Bureau Problems/Concerns regarding The American Community Survey?

Question

Do they have the right to open up your mailbox, peek inside your windows, come during the night time and 4 visits done by 3 different surveyors within 4 1/2 hours. Also, what are my rights concerning this situation going on? Are my rights being violated or do they have the power to go to these extremes? If my rights are indeed being violated, what should I do to levitate this situation? Thanks in advice!
