Yes, search Warrant Expires !!!

each warrant have to be served prior to 24 hours on the time issued.

Reason for Warrant is to locate evidence/find person/gather additional information and so forth for an open CASE

if Warrant expires, the judge will have to issue them again.

It does generally expire but the time limit is dependant upon locality, state, or federal. If the warrant is not served then the warrant simply does not become public record which keeps the names of the individuals out of the press for a little while longer.

Most have 24hrs from the date signed by the judge. They can serch any time in that 24 hour peroid. If not served how do you know you have one.

good for seven years i think. if not served, they will catch you eventually if your staying in the same state especially. If its not too serious and you live in another state, they usually wont send you back, costs too much. stop getting in trouble.
