I was under the impression that no one is perfect and that we are all created "equal". What, then, would give a human the right to judge other humans?

My mother is closing on a house which (as I was told when I was much younger, at the time of her death) was left to the 3 of us (My mother, sister and myself) in a trust written up by my late grandmother. Being that my uncle never received any inheritance and tried to sue my mother for "his entitlement" I'm suspicious of something similar happening to me. How can I obtain a copy of this "trust", and is there anything I can do in regards to stopping the property sale - which I just found out was scheduled to close today. (Please note I could care less about the value, but I desperately want to keep hold of the property).

1. Show what statute written by the Congress of the United States, requires Americans to file an income tax ?CONFESSION? (return) and pay an income tax.
2. How can Americans file an income tax ?CONFESSION? (return) without giving up their 5th amendment right not to give any information to the government that may be used to prosecute them.
3. Prove that the 16th amendment to the United States Constitution, which, according to the IRS and modern American courts permitted the income tax to exist, was lawfully added to the United States Constitution.

Someone I know recently paid an attorney a large fee for a service that the attorney did not complete. They are refusing to complete/process the paperwork and represent them in court as agreed upon because of a change in income to the person who paid the attorney. The agreement was to process the paperwork within 10-15 days of the fee payment, which has been exceeded, and now they are refusing service, and are not reimbursing.Who should they go to or what should they do?

...it has been proven that from the moment of conception the group of cells or zygote is alive. How can people support the decision to murder an unborn child in the name of a "personal and private choice" ? From the moment of conception, the cells are created, die, and replace eachother. That sure qualifies as life according to numerous medical articles I have read. This is not from a religious standpoint, but from an ethical and political one. One stating that every living thing has rights and the right to protection of those rights? Why does an unborn child not qualify?

There is only one circumstance where I would accept abortion, and that would be if the mother was is serious danger. Such as if the mother was diagnosed with cancer while pregnant and she needs treatment that would kill the baby. Even then they could prob wait until the baby was old enough to extract from the womb and further care for.

My question is why support such an injustice?

I work for a college in Florida who is trying to get all employees to sign up with direct deposit. I do not want direct deposit, so they insist on mailing me my paycheck. I do NOT have the option of picking it up at the payroll dept.

Our office got paid on Friday (technically Thursday 12 midnight) to those who have direct deposit. Paychecks are normally mailed 2 days prior to Friday to ensure everyone gets paid the same day (supposedly). It has been 5 days from payday & I have not received my paycheck yet. Payroll told me I need to wait until NEXT Monday to request a stop payment & a new check would be issued the following Thursday. Meaning, my paycheck would be over 2 weeks late.

Legally, wouldn't I be entitled to a new paycheck immediately, since my employer did not technically ensure that I get paid the same day as everyone else? And why would I have to wait to get a new check issued, since if there is a glitch in direct deposit, it is fixed immediately?

1. Do you pay a federal income tax?
2. Do/would you like paying your income tax?
3. Do you feel the federal income tax is necessary for our daily living standards?
4. If your federal income tax money went to pay off the trillion-dollar debt (and thus paid to private bankres of the Federal Reserve), would you feel it necessary to pay?
5. And finally, IF the federal income tax doesn't benefit the millions of Americans who pay it, would you want it repealed?

Thanks again :).
