We had an estate acct with a very large, well-known securities company while going through probate. The three executors had to sign every payment made from these accounts. Acccording to their "legal department" we couldn't even get any of our own money without jumping through hoops. We have discovered that $10,000 has been taken from the account (from money market and sale of stocks) and sent to our attorney as partial payment of fees. Without our knowledge, without our approval and without our signature. When confronted, they cowered like a whipped dog. Do we have a case?! BTW, the attorney and the broker-in-charge are good friends.

not repairing multiple safety concerns, such as not having keys for deadbolts, only doorknobs. The windows are also painted shut, leaving no way out of the back of the house in a fire. There is also a closet that opens to the outside of the house, which houses our breaker box, hot water heater, and personal items. I dont have a key for that door either!
I also have a newly developed bug problem and doors he still hasn't replaced...
I dont want to be in the wrong, but he has not even attempted to correct any of these issues and we are now 3 months into the lease.....

I'm going out on a limb but How many think the baby belongs to her dead husband the billionaire. Wouldn't that have been the perfect plan to use his sperm to bear an heir to his fortune to ensure she would get the money.
Howard Stern probably masterminded the plan and made sure he got his name on the birth certificate and residence in Bahama's.
To ensure he would not be cut out of the fortune

He never sees my daughter as the courts say he has an uncontrolable temper and asked him to do good parenting classes which he refused by saying he dosnt ever want to see his daughter again! He refuses to pay child support for her yet he can still control our lives!!! has anyone else had this problem or can advise me a way forward maybe. Thank you

I was the victim of a hit and run accident yesterday. My car was side-swiped by the trailer of an 18 wheeler that didn't stop after it hit my car. The only information I have about the truck involved is that it was white. I wasn't injured but my car has major damage. I immediately called 911 and waited at the scene for 2 hours without response from any law enforcement agency. I then went directly to the State trooper barracks that was 1 mile from the scene of the accident and filed an accident report. My question is do I have grounds for a civil suit against the law enforcement agency that didn't respond to the scene of the accident to assist me and try to locate the truck that struck my car?

I have been to my doctors office 3x's. I saw the PA once, then the doctor once, then the PA again. (PA = Physician's Assistant) She never gives me any medicine. And I called back yesterday because I am coughing from my chest, green mucous coming up. And she send me for blood work. And said I can't be seen until I get the blood work. I am about ready to talk to the doctor about this. What if I have pneumonia? I could get worse without medical care.
