the "separation of church and state" merely requires government not estabish an official religion or prohibit the free exercise of religion. This law does neither. However, you would have a good argument that it violates an individuals right to freedom of speech.

Whatever your religious belief there is no cause or justification for cursing someones God. Being an atheist doesnt require you to mock other peoples beliefs. I will pray that you see the error in your ways and learn to love your fellow man, regardless of their beliefs. You will be happier when you do.

Get a life dude. The law is meant to stop inconsiderates from cursing at will in public. People need to get a little class and a lot of respect. As for the Seperation between Chruch and State, its does not exist, its an anti-christian zealot fabrication.

Well....

Never mind, I am not even going to waste my time on you.

As for "Where's the division between Church and State?!? "

There is no law that states there should be a division between church and state.

It's all in your mind kiddo.

Mellowl, man, you'll break something off your body you might need. It's never fun to be in a religious minority, but you are there to show the truth. Easterners can be hard, but inside they are like little puppies or kittens. Once you are a friend, they will lay life down for you.

Old law still on the books. It is cheaper to leave it there and ignore it than take it off. I like it though.
