I'm going out on a limb but How many think the baby belongs to her dead husband the billionaire. Wouldn't that have been the perfect plan to use his sperm to bear an heir to his fortune to ensure she would get the money.
Howard Stern probably masterminded the plan and made sure he got his name on the birth certificate and residence in Bahama's.
To ensure he would not be cut out of the fortune

Her death was probably not part of the plan.The fortune wasn't hers either until she could solidify it in a court of law and a baby would probably sew it all up.

Anything is possible where Anna was concerned. Although, I doubt she wold have waited a decade after the old mans death before producing an heir. It would be ironic though wouldn't it. If the baby was actually Marshal's then his family could be considered the "next of kin" and fight for custody of the child. Meaning... that the money stays in the family. Now that would be Poetic justice.
I believe it is Larry's. Regardless of who the Daddy is, for the sake of the baby it needs to be removed from the environment that it is currently living in.

The baby belongs to the paternal father. A paternity test is simple and will answer the question as to whom that is. She is also the sole heir to her monthers fortune, and it should be put into a trust for her until she is 18. All these other SOB's are nothing more than money greedy jerks.
