a 5 year old child is beging left at home alone after her mom leaves for work she misses the bus and is left alone for the day. There is no home phone or anything for her to call even her mother and let her know. How bad do you think the courts will view this, her father wants custady.

The courts wil frown up on this. But, my question to you is what if something happens to the child and you did not let anyone but yahoo know what was going on? If you are a parent yourself the concern should not be for the mother and what will happen to her because shes an adult. Your concern should be for the child who can not speak for them selves and need you to help them. Do the right thing'

Yeah the father needs to take this child away from this evil woman, who in God's name would leave a 5 yr old home alone????

OMG - if you are serious then I suggest you call someone and pronto!
That is completely and totally irresponsible and reprehensible - that is child endangerment!
