He was found guilty of perjury, obstruction of justice and lying to the FBI and will probably get jail time. Which he should.

However!

Clinton lied and perjured himself to a Federal Grand Jury and was found guilty on several counts of obstruction of justice and got nothing and is now out making millions doing speeches.

Is this yet another double standard for democrats. If your democrat, you can make mistakes and not pay the price but if your independant or republican you go straight to jail.

should I do? I followed the instructions about how to heat it up in the microwave ... I can't afford to go to ER to have this taken care of.

I am in pain... who is to blame? Who will pay for this?

My friend drives a 93 integra and the lights are kind of funny looking...anyways he has always driven with his headlights and fog lights on. He got pulled over for having his high beams on (which he didn't) and told the officer that it was his fog lights, not his brights. The cop told him that it was illegal, and then gave him a ticket for failure to dim headlights into oncoming traffic. First of all is it really illegal to drive with fog lights on (since I see hundreds of cars every day with fog lights on) and is this cop trying to skrew my friend, and catch him in not knowing his rights...which I don't want to let happen. Should he plead guilty and pay it, or fight it?

Recently, a US District Court in Massachusettes ruled that a "Under the Constitution public schools are entitled to teach anything that is reasonably related to the goals of preparing students to become engaged and productive citizens in our democracy" (Parker v. Hurley). In this particular case, a public school taught that diversity education included acceptance of gay marriage, against the wishes and beliefs of many parents. But what if the school taught that 9/11 was an inside job, or gays should be isolated from general society? According to this court ruling, that would be okay, because, as Judge Mark Wolf said in his ruling, "The constitutional right of parents to raise their children does not include the right to restrict what a public school may teach their children."

Do schools now overrule the community which they serve?
