My friend hasnt been making his payments. He is in Iraq, is there anything i can do for him to pay? Isnt there supposed to be automatic payments? Where can i go so that automatic payments can go from his account

He is the only one that can set automatic payments up! Because he is the only one that can get into his account to do it! Unless you get in touch with him and he gives you his info. for you to do it, then there is really nothing you can do! He should have set all that stuff up before he left! Maybe you could make the payments for him until he gets back, then have him pay you back for it! That's the only other thing I can think of! Sorry for all your trouble...hope this helps!

Yes there is automatic payments but that can be done by him ONLY.Unfortunatly if he doesn't be responsible you will be held responsible for the payments or lack of.You MUST get in touch with him.How about his family?You can ruin your credit if he defaults on payments.What a friend eh? If it was me I would consult with an attorney NOW!

I hate to tell you but if you co signed and your friend is not paying, you are responsible for the payments.
