They can and will have you arrested.
You have written a bad check for a purchase. If you return the car and make good on the check in cash or a cashiers check they will probably let you keep the car and not place charges against you for writing a bad check(it is against the law to knowingly write a check for payment and not have the funds in the account to cover it)
They have the right to place charges even if you return the car.
If you don't return the car, they will for sure place charges against you and the cops will pick you up at the any address you listed on your credit application. And the car will go back to the dealer- your credit will for sure be screwed then.

You need to contact them immediately and if your have the money wire it to them, if you don't you better turn it in as you gave them nothing since the check bounced.

You could get your self into big trouble. Do some thing and do it now, before you end up in jail.

If you pay for something with a check and except the product and the check bounces, then in fact it's as though you drove off with out paying for it, so what do you think?? That makes it stolen, since the check was bad. You could also be facing check fraud charges, since it is against the law to pass bad checks. They could press charges against you, so yes you can be arrested and it doesn't matter which state your are in they will find you. They are either going to want the money or the car back, so you need to do something fast!!

Move it or loose it!!

Good luck, I hope it all works out well for you.

You best make this right right now cause this isn't a minor infraction! This is really serious, and yes they will repossess the car regardless of what state you are in and the legal mess you are looking at could cost you big bucks if you need a lawyer. You better get on the phone and do some fast talking. Did you make the check right? You've broken the contract essentially so that car isn't yours.

Trust me the dealership does not want that car back. They are interested in money. You need to talk to the general manager with the amount you're going to send them now, and what you Will pay at a later date (hopefully sooner) It is against the law to write a check to write a check with insufficient funds to cover it, So that's one charge and not returning there car is grand theft auto. If you can not pay the money and can not return their car you need to call them and let them know where the car is and they will make arrangements to pick it up. Good luck

Oh for goodness sakes, you knew what you were doing when you wrote them a bad check. Now it is time to face the consequences,as fast as possible. Unless of course this is not new behavior, you did mention a warrant in two states. What is that about? Return the car and count your blessings if you don't end up in jail.Shame on you.

You should be able to return it to any dealership. Do it sooner rather than later before it gets worse. A repo will be on your credit report for 7 years. You dont want that. They willinevitably report it stolen and they will hunt you down. They will probably also charge you for depreciation as you have put miles on it.

Make arrangements to return the car. If they claim it is stolen, the case is sent to the FBI for Interstate Transport of Stolen Goods.

I'd do whatever it takes to return it. Not only are you wrecking your credit report, you're in a lot of trouble otherwise.
