I need a private lawyer in the Chicago area. Who's fee will be based upon my settlement.

Need more info, such as Workman's comp, personal injury, or social security disability. Most attorneys specialize in one field or another. In order to give you a recommendation the field needs to be known. Most lawyers in the above fields take their cases on a contingency bases.
