No, this is a form of mind washing and it is not ethical. I think that we should be given no more then what we are looking for. If anyone wants to make a statement then so be it as long as it is clear and to the point with no subliminal personal agendas going on.

You cant regulate it, it is too subtle, it would easily cross the boundaries of freedom of speech despite how wrong it is...., It is not messages hidden in the screen it is the energy companies broadcasting soothing messages about how trees are our greatest renewable energy source.... an outright lie but it convinces the majority......
