The exact laws and procedures vary by state. When I've seen this done in California, the judge was interest in knowing what you have done to improve yourself and how the conviction is holding you back. Having a clean record helps, but you should also focus on what your goals are and what you have accomplished since your conviction.

Taking responsibility for your actions and show remorse. That will go a long way with the judge.

Technically confident, yet, it could probable be very puzzling so you might get employed any time quickly. Getting police officer jobs is turning out to be further and extra aggressive, and your expenses will positioned you in the back of many others that have not got one in all those history. that's huge which you have a 4 twelve months degree nevertheless. in case you could, get a grasp's degree. that should additionally be extra effective. in case you don't get employed now, think of approximately performing another paintings for 5 or 10 years. save a solid acceptance and record and paintings and on your deepest existence. try back then, you will nonetheless be youthful sufficient.
