What Kind of Evidence is Constituting a Fresh Evidence in the Criminal Proceedings? Is Transcript is F.E.?

I was before the Court in the contempt proceedings against few goverment lawyers...the case was dismissed...I appealed...then..I discovered that there was fraud in the transcript before the judge..in this firged transcript constitutiting a fresh evidence...

Simple solution... you have complete evidence for another trial. You will for sure need an attorney but you have it in the bag.

File for a retrial of the case by citing newly found evidence that could change the decision of the judge. It is allowed under the Rules of Court.
