Finding out if Attorney is corrupt

Why is it that a group of people want to throw the baby out with the bath water? So there were some FBI people may have been involved with invading privacy... Not the entire Agency but a handful... Does anyone know the penalty for misusing something of the sort for unjust reasons? It was 10 years in prison with no parol last I heard. Why not punish the guilty if it's worthy of punishment and let the good that the Patriot Act is doing continue.

I was out for my birthday on Friday night in NYC with my girlfriend. We were out at a restaurant that we had waited a month for reservations. We were at the bar waiting for a table , there was a bachelor party next to us.My girlfriend is thin, but very well endowed on top. All of a sudden a drunk guy from the party ran over and grabbed my girlfriend's butt and grabbed her breasts. She screamed "Get the hell off of me" I grabbed his hand and said "What the F*** are you doing!!!" and he punched me in the jaw.I punched him back and a fight ensued, The restaurant's manager came over and had me and him escorted out of the restaurant. I am very angry. I acted in self defense and was protecting my girlfriend. How do I handle this with the restaurant and the drunk guy??

We were victims of an ice storm and out of power for 13 days. We bought a generator from a man for $900. We took it home and it ran one night and broke down. Our friend who is an experienced mechanic proved it was defective in court. The seller refused to return our money but admitted it was a bad generator and that he had sold five of them and three of them turned out to be bad. He said he traded a pickup truck for them and if he could get ahold of that guy he would wring his neck. He said he got cheated too but still refused to give our money back saying he didn't have it. We sued him but lost because the judge said the man was an individual and not a dealer and had made no implied warranty or guarantee. So, how can we warn others about a man that seems to have no conscience from cheating other people. He obviously doesn't care about others since he felt no remorse at keeping our money when we were in a desparate situation without electricity or water in subzero weather.

I bought this place, the neighbor had apx. 150 feet of my property fenced in on there land. I had to do a survey because the original markings were removed. They were forced to move there fence back 150 feet. Ever since this, they are complaining about everything.. They complain to us and about use about "barbieQing", complaining about us having a Tent in the back yard, complaining about our kids, playing outside, making noise.. They call the cops on us for everthing, this past night, they called the cops because we were shooting off they say "Fireworks" but they were my kids model rockets, There complaining about the Noise.. I am in the process of putting up a privicy fence.. Can I make noise on my property? ? Play music? What does the desterbing the peace mean? The police say that I cannot make no noise or sound or play music?

From historical views it appears that there were collective property right claims exercised by the rulers, kings, or the so-called religious gods or priests across various parts of the world.

I think the laws should be changed so that only women could carry guns. That would nullify men's superior physical strength and would deter men from causing bodily harm to women.

I was convicted of dui manslaughter 18yrs ago and I have been clean ever since then. But no one seems to think thats a good enough thing since as soon as someone see's it on a background check its pretty much over for me getting hired. Not only for that but for the fact the state of Florida will not ever let me have a license to drive again for the rest of my life. Not even a hardship permit for just back and forth to work even. Granted I know it was a terrible crime but I can't change what happened back then. I just changed who I am now which isn't nothing like the person I use to be back then. I also know everyone doesn't change after a thing like that happened to them either but some do and yet they are profiled along with those that haven't learned their lesson. I don't think thats fair to us that have changed our ways and have settled down the best we can but yet we are being forced into a hole cause of the laws.Just hoping the expungement will help with finding work maybe.

I recently have baught a house, and although there were a few small problems, there was nothing that I would not have gotten it for, so I did. The night I moved in, a neighbor came to return one of the keys. She also informed me that previous occupents for the last 5 years have complained about sinus problems and mold alergys, to which the homeowners alwasys said there was no mold. So I looked in the attic, and lo and behold, there is definatly some serious mold, mostly white, but I didnt stay up there long. We closed on it 2 weeks ago, but feal that it was not right for the previous owners to not tell us there had at least been complaints. I havent told them yet, before I do, I would like to know if i have any rights to ask them to pay for the removal, or legal rights that they didnt disclose there had been long standing complaints.

The USA government refuses to help American women in the event of a divorce in Saudi Arabia get custody of their children. I thought they were suppossed to protect and help Americans abroad. There are cases where American women have tried getting custody of their children and the USA tells them they can't do anything regarding custody because they have to "respect Saudi Law".
