It is a very hard question. Suicide should never be an answer. However, it might be the only one. If someone is in so much pain that suicide is the only way out, and there is no possibility to get better, then I think it would be wrong to let someone stay in that type of horrible pain. I do not feel that it is a bad idea to reduce the suffering of those that wish it. I just would hate to see it become mandatory in all cases of end of life issue's
