Being a member of a fan club entitles you to perks in the club like fan letters, merchandise etcetera. It does not give you legal right to have a say in the workings of the club unfortunately.

Legally, you have no redress. There is no contractual agreement in respect of the fan clubs rules. You can write to the organisers with your protest, but ultimately your only way of objecting is to cease paying your subscription.
The alternative is to create your own Fan Club website which you can run in the way you want.

It all depends on the contract -- express or implied -- between the club and its members.

Check the club bylaws and charter, and it's posted policies.
