I live in Lenzie and work in Motherwell my old car was a ford escort, as i have quite a long round trip every day i desided to do my bit for the environment, so i bought a subaru had it fitted with high time valves also got it chipped with a couple of other green modes it now has a respectable 375hp cutting down my driving time by at least 33% I have mostly motorway miles m73 to m74 to commute and i save the environment an amazing 14mins in the morn and 8mins going home (traffic). this works out to over 80 hours driving time a year that i am saving for our planet on my trips to work alone, not only that but i now get a wonderful feelgood facture as I know that i am doing my part in preserving mother earth for our so deserving and charming youth.

I am interested in purchasing the x-19 "super" pocket bike. The dimensions are 60"(L), 18" (W), 33"(H). It has a 110cc engine. Are they legal (in Ohio at least), and if they are, how to I get a liscence to drive it on the street? Do I need a moped liscence?

Is every company in the world who sues another person, or company, THAT greedy? You can't take the money with you when you die. The money stays here while you are six feet under!

Google owns Youtube now, and Viacom is now suing them because there are thousands of tv shows and clips of shows on youtube. Why? Youtube ISN'T charging a soul to watch those shows, so why sue? What in the world is wrong with a video on a website that does not charge anyone to view it?

Is this kinda the same as file sharing? Maybe it could be the fact that sites like keepvid.com allows people to download youtube videos, and viacom knows this? Maybe the companies think that they are being ripped off, that there could be a potential goldmine in setting up a site to charge people to watch videos, and youtube, along with keepvid, prevents that?

Geez!! The dollar signs are in the eyes of all these damn sue-happy companies. If i owned a company like viacom, i wouldn't care!

I just got an oil change on my van at Wal-Mart. The van was driving with no problem before then, but now the engine's revving up on it's own and not even pushing the van. There's a slight possibility that there was something else wrong with it, but considering the way it's been driving before then, I doubt it. How can I prove that it was the fault of the automotive techs at Wal-Mart and receive compensation for repairs and legal fees if the case needs to be taken to court?

They have reported that I am a felon. I am not a felon. I just checked with the court and although my ORIGINAL charge was a felony, that charged was dropped to a misdimeanor.

The fact that my criminal background check comes back with a false FELONY on it has cost me at least one job and an apartment.

Do I have a case? (I can prove everything.)

i'm against the death penalty and am curious to hear the arguments as to why putting someone to death no matter what the crime was is justifiable.

two main points. first, i think the criminal spending the rest of his life in prison is a worser punishment, keeping him locked up for 23 hours a day, than to put him to death. second, who are we to decide whether a person lives or dies. a jury chosen by our justice system has no right to decide a persons life.

my fence separates our drives. i have discovered that the land registry document shows i own half the shared drive rather than the third i have now.can i take the fence down and stop my neighbour putting up another in the same place or after 18 years is he right to claim the land as his. the fence stops me having proper acess to may garage as th drive is really narrow.everyone else in the street has half each and no fences to worry about. the fence was originally put up by the previous owner and he says it was his fence and he put it all on his side when he fell out with next door. it was the builder who said the drives were how they are based on his plans, but they dont tally with the deeds which show half and half.please help.

an abuse of the legal system? And then, the only thing they could get him on, was that he lied to protect his marriage. I just don't think that line of questioning had anything to do with the investigation and feel that was a gross misuse of our justice system. I don't blame him for lying and I bet if you put 99% of the males (and females) up there to testify about infidelities, they would do the same thing. I don't care what you think about what he did w/ Lewinsky, do you honestly think those questions should be asked in a court of law when they were investigating a completely different thing all together?
