Stage a Photo Op, he's always there for those. BTW, it's Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and he has no power over the courts.

As everyone has pointed out, Mayor Villa-Raigosa has no power over the court system - that is something operated at the state level. His office may be able to direct you to the right person though.

If you feel you have been discriminated against by a California judge (I assume you are in LA) you can file a complaint with the Commission on Judicial Performance. A link to their website is below.

A mayor has no powers or authority over the court system.

You would have to file an appeal through the appellate court or the Supreme Court of the State.

Without knowing more from you, it's not possible to elaborate further.
