this person went to court to apply for this order i wasnt convicted of anything and this person wants to have it removed can that be possible?

Im assuming it was some kind of restraining order. The person that had it activated will have to go before the court and ask that the judge lift it. He will decide if the circumstances are right to have the order removed.

The plaintiff who requested the injunction can always ask the court to drop it and remove the restrictions.
