And with an adult 18 or over in the passenger seat or withOUT an adult in the car?
Most states you MUST be 16 to get a driver's license - to drive without an adult in the vehicle.
But you have to be aware that to get a license if you're under 18, you have to have an adult with you.
All states have different laws about how many other passengers you may have in the vehicle, as well as driving dawn to dusk only (for example).
So if you know where you're going to be - look up that state specific information.
