statue of limitations means the time they can charge you with a crime once charged it can vary on how long the charges can stick. it is different. go to www.findlaw.com and look up pa laws. btw since you failed to go to court 99 chance a warrant or bench warrant are now out for you.

You are misunderstanding the term statute of limitations. Once you get caught for the underlying crime the statute of limitations is no longer relevant.

If you skipped your court appearance there is most likely a warrant for your arrest. Go see a lawyer.
