this order is for six months but the plaintiff wants to withdraw it can this person go to court and actually do this

I beleive it is whithin their rights. Just be compliant all of the follow up to release is judged on your behaviour.

The plaintiff who requested the injunction can always ask the court to drop it and remove the restrictions.

If you have an injunction against you, limiting what you can do, why would you object to the injunction being removed?

The application would have to be made to the Court via a Solicitor but I would not grant it if I was on the Bench.
