I wish I had a better answer, but since you were on probation I am assuming you were a new hire or the company had placed on disciplinary probation. Either way there isn't much you can do. The company is going to find a way to fire you if they want to. You can look to wrongful termination if it was the computer. but you need to ask a question, are you willing to put money into this fight and run a large risk of losing. I know that is stinks but you may need to accept what happened and move past it. Besides if they had bad computers, it probably wasn't the best work environment and there are much better ones out there with working computers!!

Good luck!

do no longer somewhat understand (enormously as a Yank), yet specific sounds fishy! evaluation your settlement and notice what constitutes a fireable offense. many roles interior the states have a "no reason needed" clause interior the probationary era. So in case you won't be able to get an answer out of your hiring workplace work, examine with the folk who dealt with your hiring (interior the states they're referred to as human components) to verify if there is a few recourse. you're out of success. Your needless to say particularly gifted interior the pastime, although. So if I have been on your shoes, i might take my information from the sales you further in during those weeks and pass to the corporate's precise competitor and notice in the event that they'll hire you... Then wipe the floor with them! fulfillment is the wonderful revenge!
