No matter how many people you kill, you have a right to marry your loved one while serving time in prison. On the other hand, if you are gay, even if you are a wonderful exemplary citizen who has never been arrested, you CAN NOT marry your loved one. Is that OK?

I have 2 judgments against her.....one is for her rehab bill of about $8000 and the other is child support arrearage of about $3500. I was thinking that I could place a lien on her only asset, her vehicle, which is paid for (I signed it over to her in the divorce). I know that liens have to be "perfected" but I think this is, since I have the court actions to prove it. I just cannot find any links on Google to provide any info. If you have info about other States, that might help me also. Thank you in advance!

The trustee (my Aunt) and her lawyers (Yep, 2 of 'em) have sent me an accounting of the estate. But I can see some things that just dont add up and cant get any answers. Of course I dont trust them and they really dont care. So what should I do. Hire a lawyer and if so what kind? Or should I hire an investigator. The estate is complex with investments and is worth at least 2 million to my knowledge, but I really think it is worth more. Thanks.

I'm not American, so I'm not well informed on US political matters. Are there any acts in place ensuring that information or decisions made by the president that affect the public, etc. are not being concealed by the government - other than accidental leaks to the media? Are there any constantly-active investigation-bodies tasked with ensuring politics remain constitutional?

But regarding the 12 police ticket's I still havent paid them yet and my license is still suspended. Is there anyway i can take it to court and battle it out say im a student etc?? 8 of those police ticket was giving to be my by this dirty cop that pinned me for everything even small things like having a chrome plate around my license plate.

I have a friend who wants to take someone to court and sue them. Her lawyer told her to find friends that would lie to back up her story. To me, that sounds awful wrong for a lawyer to ask someone to do that. Am I wrong?

I was charged a rescheduling fee of $50.00 for cancelling an appointment with a Dr. for a procedure due to my negligence to prep for the procedure i.e. fasting, etc. I signed no documents agreeing to pay any cancellation fees nor did the nurses inform me that I would be charged a fee if I failed to give adequate notice of cancellation or rescheduling. However, in my prep paperwork, there is a statement regarding these fees and the medical center's cancellation policy. So, I just want to know if this Dr.'s office has a legal right to charge these fees and if I dispute the fees can they send it to collections?
