a neighbour has been complaining all the time and done horrible things like smashing my windows and nicking my kids trampoline and superglueing the locks, anyway she has made up lots of lies to the council, and she called the rspca cos my rabbit got in her garden, i have lost the evidance of this on the card but if i called them would they have it on a computer when they called and all the other services she has called on me such as i want to show the court they have been harrassing me alot i cant, remember where i put things

You need to go talk to a lawyer and get good solid advice. This is one of those things you cant depend on word of mouth, go right to the legal source and see what your rights are and what can or cannot be done to you.

Your story is very hard to understand. It sounds like your neighbor is harassing you. I would petition the court for a civil harassment restraining order and see if the keeps here away from you and your kids.
