Where do typically find your companies official letter designating it's EEO officer?

The person who normally knows where it is is not at work today and for some reason no one else in the building knows the answer to my question ......grrrrrrrr!!!

It should be in a copy of the Board Minutes (from Board Meeting) and or in the Annual Report and or Employees Manual. Ask a supervisor. Anyone of them has the responsibility to be able to hand either of those to anyone who asks.
