I was out for my birthday on Friday night in NYC with my girlfriend. We were out at a restaurant that we had waited a month for reservations. We were at the bar waiting for a table , there was a bachelor party next to us.My girlfriend is thin, but very well endowed on top. All of a sudden a drunk guy from the party ran over and grabbed my girlfriend's butt and grabbed her breasts. She screamed "Get the hell off of me" I grabbed his hand and said "What the F*** are you doing!!!" and he punched me in the jaw.I punched him back and a fight ensued, The restaurant's manager came over and had me and him escorted out of the restaurant. I am very angry. I acted in self defense and was protecting my girlfriend. How do I handle this with the restaurant and the drunk guy??

If I were you I would call the restaurant & ask to speak to the manager. Then I would explain the situation & explain to him that you are extremely upset about it. But don't get irrate, or they will just hang up on you.
The manager may apologize & give you a gift certificate or something, but unless they called the cops & there is a record of this incident there isn't too much that can be done. You might ask them if they have the name of the other guy that got thrown out, so you could press charges against him but they probably don't keep that info for reservations after the fact.
You might have to chalk this up to a learning experience.
If it ever happens again, I would ask the restaurant to call the cops & press charges right away, before the guy leaves.
I'm sorry to hear that this jerk disrespected your girlfriend like that.

Unfortunately for you and your girlfriend, any place of business has a legal right to ask you or any customer to leave under any circumstances.

Contacting a lawyer, stating your case, and being accepted as a client for a law suit, is your only legal recourse.

I would not patronize that restaurant again. I would also encourage my friends, acquaintances, people I work with, and anyone else I came in contact with, to stay away from that restaurant.

The restaurants have bouncers on duty and standing by to handle people when they get out of line. If instead of you trying to be Macho man and starting a fight you should have waited a second it would have been handled in an orderly manner and the drunk would have been ejected. The restaurant was acting in a manner to maintain decorum. They do not tolerate fighting and brawls.

And, why didn't you call the police on him for assaulting your girlfriend (once he "grabs" her it becomes an assault)?
My friend, there's much more to this story than you are telling us here.

Since your girlfriend is so "well endowed on top", perhaps she uses her feminine wiles and "charm" (behind your back) to tempt and tease men who are obviously going to take notice and further, she no doubt enjoys the attention and glances she gets from these trollers.
This one guy (albeit, under the influence) just happened to be sent one of those "come hither" glances from your gal and took it one step too far thinking she was giving him the "come on"...and then, of course, here you are coming to her aid in defense of her "honor".
Nope, I'm not buying your story...sorry.

Also, I invite anyone reading this to bring up your other Questions for more insight into your quirky personality.
(and why do you keep repeating the same questions over and over again?)

The eating place isn't involved in stunning or incorrect or who began what. they only desire the combat and the combatants outdoors and removed from their property and different travelers. So no fault may be assigned to the eating place for attempting to guard their property and different travelers. as a techniques because of the fact the butt head who grabbed your female buddy, have him charged with attack.

Did your girlfriend press charges for sexual assault?
There is nothing you can do about the restaurant.
