i'v had a company contact me re: unfair bank charges they tell me they can claim back most of the charges over the last 6 years. this company takes a cut of 25% and you also have to pay 15 pound first of all to them. i'm suspious!!!
are there any ways you can claim back unfair bank charge?
where do i start? i don't want to get ripped off!
any advice would be welcome thank you!

Ok Lets Say My Son Went on Some website With Some Flashing Ads ( The Kind That Say you won a free Laptop )
And it throw him into a seizure, Would i have the Right to Sue them through there bums and out their mouths?

However My Son Does Have Epilepsy But its Not Photo-Sensitive,
He has them in his sleep, And that rarely Happens

My grand-daughter confided in me she has bad problems with her dad (he lives seperately) & her mum, who forces her to go to her dad's (so she can get drunk).
I took my grand-child to a solicitor for advice. The police were advised. My grand-child, who is now 15, was happy action was being taken.
Unfortunately, her mum went nuts with me & my grand-child ended up suffering worse abuse from her parents.
Her mum then lied to the social services, who believed her & the dad without investigating! My grand-child was blamed! & (inaccurately) labelled "beyond parentaI control" because she now seIf-harms.
I could not get Legal Aid but I managed to take the matter to court but this has so far achieved very little.

My grand child is now incarserated in a "secure" unit, & they are planning on keeping her institutionalised, with "treatment" for years? Her mum is trying to stop my involvement via the court. Should I now walk away?

in terms of:

im 18, the girl is under 18 - IN CALIFORNIA!!!!

whats the penalty for kissing, sexual contact, and sex- if we were to get caught.

and is it also true.. that if her parents are ok with the relationship and sex... that the law somehow doesn't apply. I heard it... i think its garbage but i just want to make sure.

my parents usually claim him and me since we live with them i only live with my boyfriend maybe 4 months out of the year off and on. ym child is 16 months old and he does not pay child support. my parents provide most. i dont work i go to school. he is not listed on the birth cert as father. can he legally do this

I am so amazed of the way this (once great) country is being ran with all the new laws and regulations being imposed on the citizens. I read that feeding homeless people is considered a crime in some places. I also heard Texas will soon be requiring females to have cancer vaccinations. What the hell is America turning into?????? I am sorry but I will feed anyone I damn well want to without consequence and if I lived in Texas I would as a parent make a determination to get my daughter vaccinated only if my wife and I decide to. Who the hell is the government to make demands about what we do as a whole if we are not breaking any laws. That being said brings me to my next point, the American politicians are making new laws to further restrict rights and put citizens under their control more quickly and effectively. My question is are you people ready to be puppets of the government or are you ready to fight them???

My mom told me to lie to them tell them that i cash my check in the check cashed place that i don t have a bank account when i fill out the form i put no i fill out two forms but they only ask for one so i gave them the healthcare book i did nt gave them the book that i mark no that i don t have a saving account but when i went to the hospital on wednesday to kings County they ask me where to i cash my check so i be honest with them i told them i cash my check in the bank and they say they need prove of my bank statement. I was scare to lie to them because number 1 am don t feel comfortable of liying to them because they may ask me stuff question then i might not have the answer and 2 i afraid that they would ask me to be prove of the check cashed place My mom told me that i should lie to them that I don t have a bank account for them will think I more qualtify to get the benefit I didn t told my mom that I was honest to them she call me but i didn t tell her.

i wwas maybe three the bomb went off killing 6 infants 3 workers and 2 teenage mothers my mother came to court to oppose them she had to give her adress some people came to protest at my house when i was a little child the crowd turned violant my dad came out with his .45 ACP and when one tryied to enter the home he shot one shot up in the air and said,"by god if any one of you try to hurt my family i will not hesitate to kill anyone of you!" these people where evengalical christians.

Is knowledge of the “goal” of the conspiracy the same as knowledge of the conspiracy? I've read that in order to convict someone of conspiracy they have to have "knowledge." I've read "knowledge of the goal" and knowledge of the conspiracy." It seems different (you can know that a conspiracy exists but not know what the conspirators are trying to accomplish). My question is, do courts treat the two statements as the same thing? Can someone by convicted of conspiracy if the had knowledge of its existence and voluntarily helped out (but had no idea what the goal was)? Lets say that they at least knew the goal was probably criminal. Would that be enough? Thanks:-)
