Because then they become attracted to people food, and that's when they begin tearing into garbage cans and breaking into cars.
Although I agree with you in general. Who are they to decide the laws on personal matters and issues that don't adversely affect anybody.

I don't see how any of those infringe on the Constitution. I personally have not read about the homeless thing, so I'll take your word for. I assume the logic behind this would be for your and their safety. There are sanitary, safe soup kitchens and such that they can go to for food, rather than taking from people on the street. They could have an illness that makes them dangerous and when you hand them some food they attack you, likewise the food the homeless person received from the "good Samaritan" could be poisoned or harmful. I'm sure this law isn't very strictly enforced either, if caught I'd assume the worst would be a warning from the Officer.
The cancer vaccine in Texas is to protect girls from a cervical cancer caused by an STD. I don't see how this is a bad thing, I mean most if not all schools nation wide require immunizations against other diseases, like Chicken Pox and I think Polio as well.
Both of these are meant to protect you, not control you. By saying "are you ready to fight them???", are you saying you want to start a revolution because the Government doesn't want your sisters/mothers/daughters getting Cancer? I am fully prepared to fight for my rights if need be, but I'll save my bullets for when the Government WON'T help me.

I don't think Texas is *requiring* females to have cancer vaccinations. It is more of a strong recommendation with administrative hassle. The parents will be able to opt their children out if they don't trust the safety of it or if it is against their religious views.
As for feeding people, I agree that you should be able to feed whoever you like, and I imagine that is the case pretty much everywhere in the U.S. *WHERE* you feed people is most likely the issue of the laws, not *WHO* you feed. The reason for this is litter and cleanup mostly. Food and/or food wrappers will inevitably be dropped on the ground where people are eating, so it may be necessary to require people (usually by forcing them to get a permit) to provide a suitable dining area (tables, trash cans) and cleanup for the number of people they are going to feed. There also could be an issue with it creating a foot traffic nuisance if you try to feed people in a location without enough space or on someone elses private property. In general, churches and homeless shelters will always be able to feed the homeless because they can provide the where-factor, but someone may not be able to go hand out food at a public park or such without first giving assurances to the city that it will be cleaned up properly.
The world really is not crazy. Laws are usually made for logical reasons, even if at a glance they seem absurd.

President George Bush is an evil and stupid man. He personally started the war in Iraq because his family is in the oil business. We have no reason to be there and should pull out immediately. Let the Sunnis and Shiites kill each other—it’s none of our business.
Those planes crashing into the World Trade Center were a part of a conspiracy orchestrated by President Bush and a host of other nameless, unknown individuals. They wired the towers with explosives so the buildings would collapse when President Bush’s co-conspirators crashed the planes, killing over 3,000 innocent American civilians. No plane ever hit the Pentagon—that was a missile fired by our own forces.
President Bush and the American military are bad people for making the Taliban terrorist prisoners at Guantanamo stay up late at night after a full day of rest, three nutritious meals, a US government-supplied copy of the Koran, and opportunity to pray five times.
Republicans are evil and stupid. They all have hidden agendas and are in politics only to further their own economic interests.
White people are evil and stupid. They have secret meetings to devise ways to harm other races and cultures.
Christians are evil and stupid. Religious freedom and expression is encouraged in America, unless you are Christian.
American soldiers are war-mongering Neanderthals who can’t think for themselves, unless they oppose the war like Watada who is lauded as a hero for refusing to deploy to Iraq after accepting military pay and benefits for four years.
Killing is OK, as long as the ones being killed are fetuses in the wombs of women who would be inconvenienced with a child.
Successful people in America should be required to give a large portion of their earnings to those Americans who choose not to work or pay taxes, and have multiple illegitimate children.
Just think if Hillary Clinton wins the race for President with Obama Hussein Barack as her running mate. The first female President and the first black/Muslim VP! Now there’s a reason to vote! Who cares about issues? Woo-hoo! Come on--you don't really believe he's not Muslim, do you?

They probably don't want random people giving apples or similar food to homeless people, because someone may decide to 'help' society by poisoning fruit or other goods and giving it to homeless people to kill them. It seems paranoid, but so is the hype with halloween candy. If homeless people need food, it'll be safest from a shelter because if people start dying, the source can be quickly spotted and stopped.

I live in Texas and was delighted to hear that girls were being
required to have cervical cancer vaccinations...
We also vaccinate against Polio, Tuberculosis, Smallpox etc. etc.
Texas is a civilized , educated modern state...
We are also allowed to carry firearms for our own defense.

Why don't we just say f*ck ourselves and give those who work for nothing freedom???
HMMMMMMM???
So therefor the working force should continue to work for nothing? Is that the perspective you draw?
We should pay those who do nothing, while we do everything.... Great idea. Maybe that will fix our economy, either that or we'll let the economy fail because eating for free is easier than paying for it!
Sorry for the bad grammar!
