I worked 60+hours per week but i only get paid for 38-42hours per week. I

There will be an award for wjhat ever job you do. this outlines the hours, pay rate and working conditons for the position. If you only worked the required fulltime hours (38-40hrs) would your job be at risk?? This non payment could also affect accured sick pay, holiday pay and superannuation, and the hours maybe against OHS legislation. Are you in a union?? You could consult an Employee Ombudsman

Any hours over 40 in a 7 day work week are overtime, and paid hourly wage +1/2. labor board can help you with this.
