Judges take an oath when they are sworn into their position. What happens when they break that oath?
Judges have immunity against prosecution so it seems to me that Judges can do what they like and break the law while making their rulings such as Steven Thackray of the Family Court of WA when he acts in a bias manner to such a point that even the WA Police force agrees that his judgement is wrong and bias. Because its Family law you can’t publish anything that seems to bring that court into disrepute, showing that the court is a disgrace

In a civil proceedings, having come to know that my counsels were bribed and influenced the proceedings, I initiated action before the Bar Council. The advocates being members of the Bar Council used their influence and closed the proceedings in a one line obviously manipulated order. Is the Bar Council to be trusted any more. Could we not scrap Section 35 Advocates Act and get our relief before a Civil Court.

This question is regarding the current laws of South Carolina, as it stands if stopped for speeding, the officer can search your person and vehicle without a warrant or reason. This came about some time ago when most of the state voted for this to be allowed, but now it seems many have seen what mistake it was to throw away that freedom that they had but some don't mind. Some say "If I got nothing to hide then why not", but it is not about having something to hide but more of knowing you still have personal privacy and laws protecting you is it not?

While you're addressing a panel such as a city representative panel, while conducting yourself in an orderly fashion but using one word of profanity in your speech, minor profanity at that, should that be grounds for arrest?

I think that moral Laws are product of human to create society where respecting moral Laws bring happiness. But in my society respecting moral Laws do not bring happiness because too many people do not respect them.
you were told that if you are polite you will have the same response. I see that being polite brings to me the same evil response. So, probably you are living in paradise and I am living in hell.

I am in the process of planning my wedding and have came across the perfect reception site. My fiance and I have already looked at it, and really want to use it. When talking to the woman who makes the reservations, when asked about signing the contract, told me that there was no contract. All she does is send you a paper saying when the room is reserved for you.

What types of complications can arise in this situation and would it be a good idea to draft up my own to cover myself? I am a bit nervous about agreeing to the use of the room with nothing outlining my rights and theirs. Or is it if there is no written contract the other person cannot be held liable in court for anything?

Side note- this is avery well known establishment and has excellent references and reviews.

LEGAL ADVICE NEEDED:
If I joined a gym with "Holmes Place", and signed a contract for 12 months with that company, and a couple of months later the "Holmes Place" becomes overtaken by "Virgin Active".....is there any legal way to leave the gym without facing consequences for breaching the contract on the grounds that I've signed the contract with "Holmes Place" and not with "Virgin Active"? The truth is I am unhappy with my membership, but the gym, formerly known as "Holmes Place" is notorious for charging its customers even if they stop going to the gym (f.e. if I attended the gym for 2 months, and then I stopped, they are still going to take money from my a/c by direct debit for the next 10 months, because they will say the contract was for 12 months. I can ask my bank manager to stop the direct debits, but then the gym will give my details to a debt collection agancy, as it has happened to a colleague of mine). Is there any way out of this?

You know the deal, good work boss, oh I was late because, yes I did it, no I didn't,,,,,,
oh you look great, didn't she/he do well, that's fair, that isn't fair,
etc etc ad naseum and these are essentially 'good' people.
Examples like the above in my 30 yr office career are legion.
In earlier times I lived on the street and it's far worse there and has not changed. Media is the kingdom of the lie as is dogmatic religion, let alone what happens in politics and Gov.

So are we ok with nearly all of us being liars?

The prophet Mohhamond's last wife was only 6 when he noticed her sexually and 9 when he married her. I am not making this stuff up, read the koron.
Now I've heard all sorts of arguments that back then it was different, everyone did it. That Mohhamond was not a child molester he only married her because he wanted her to help him spread the word of islam to other people. Ok, lets say I accept these two argument but this was Mohhamond! Allah was talking directly to him! He has the direct word of God! Even back then Mohamond should have set a better standard and not chosen to sleep with a children even if everyone else was ignorantly doing it. He must have know that people in the future would read the koran, read the part where his wife is a child and then think its ok for them to be marrying 9 or 10 year olds. Bottom line, I don't care if Mohhamond is the prophet, for a 53 year old man to have sex with a 9 year old is sick. Stopping child rape is more important then freedom of religion.

I just saw this amazing documentary that just came out called America: Freedom to Fascism. In it, the filmaker starts out by researching the fact that there really are no laws that require us to pay income tax despite the fact that people are put in jail all the time for not paying. The IRS knows it, but won't admit it. They fire any IRS agent that inquires about it. The congress knows it, but won't talk about it. Its really amazing! I would really recommend this movie to every American out there. So, if you saw this movie and were convinced that it was true, would you pay your income tax? By the way, 100% of our income tax money goes towards paying our national debt interest, not funding education, or building roads, or any other useful thing. And we wouldn't have interest to pay if the government printed its own money instead of having private bankers do it. The federal reserve is not part of the government! Its privately owned and the government has to borrow from them. Really!

I purchased a foreclosure on August 29th. After we had done a final walkthrough. Once we moved in we realized that there was hail damage to the roof from August 26th, (our new neighbors told us a hail storm came through) We had the roof checked out and sure enough the roof was damaged. (Not visible from the ground or at walkthrough) We contacted the Mortgage company's insurance, they came out and assessed it and aproved a payment for repair. Now the mortgage company is refusing to pay, they are keeping the money to cover what they lost in the short sale on the foreclosure. Is this even legal?

I had an inspection prior to the hail storm. I did not know a hail storm had came through until I had moved in and found out from the neighbors. There was noone living in the house so the sellers were not aware of the storm either. During the walkthrough there was no way from the ground I could tell there was any damage to the roof. Even when up there recently I was unable pointed out to me
