In a civil proceedings, having come to know that my counsels were bribed and influenced the proceedings, I initiated action before the Bar Council. The advocates being members of the Bar Council used their influence and closed the proceedings in a one line obviously manipulated order. Is the Bar Council to be trusted any more. Could we not scrap Section 35 Advocates Act and get our relief before a Civil Court.

You can proceed against, the advocates, in the higher court, if you have proof. Moreover, if you have failed in lower court, you can always, go for appeal with different lawyer. If you are right, you will win.
