Iraq was attacked---fine
People are being killed-dead do not need food or education
How about over 2 million refugees hosted by Jordon and Syria? about a million each.
Are we creating another episode of Afghanistan?
Are we welling to have the next generation of Iraq uneducated?
How about their current situation? What is next? Are we suppose to do anything at all? How about the women, children and elderly, and sick people? What is thier fault? Why should they go through such hard time? Why are we sending people back to the stone age and later blame them for ignorance why why? Can some one please explain? For whoever sake, anyone with resources, please do something before it is too late.

In Kentucky there is a law that says it’s illegal to carry "Ice cream" in your pockets! The law covers any kind of sweets, from cake to sugar. Why? Well in the old days when the most common transportation was riding a horse, some horse thieves found a loop hole. They could claim that any horse was theirs, when the owner said no its mine, a third party made each person stand a few feet away and whoever the horse followed was determined the owner. Horses love sweets so if the thief had a pocket full of sugar, or whatever the horse was more likely to follow them. When the law makers found out what was going on it was put on the books, and has remained there ever since.

Save on gas. Decrease polution. Roads safer. Teens would have to take a bus or adults drive them places, so more supervision.

Can anyone help me find a legal aid lawyer in london
SE1. I am being threatened with eviction from council. I have had the tenancy since Aug 2005, and i have spent a fortune on decorating it. I get full hb & rates allowance. The flat is not furnished as i haven't had the money to do it. But i spent £1000 on a professional decorator to do it up for me. The reason i haven't physically moved in is because my mum suffers from acute emphysema and i am supporting her. She stays in Edinburgh and i can get doctors letter confirming this. However, the council have said they are going to evict me as i am not staying in the property
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what to do. The council are not listening to me and i am very worried at the prospect of losing my flat.

i need to know how to collect a debt, i did some work for a general contractor, iwent above and beyond the call of duty for this man. he is trying every trick in the book &looking for any reason not to pay me. there is no rational talking with this guy,he resorts to threatening verbal abuse towards my crew and myself. i did work for this man once beforebut he had a business partner who was a stand up guy.this other partner paid his bill upon completion. i shouldve seen the deception when he advised me not to contact his "partner"for any reason.i made 1 mistake by trusting this man.we had a verbal contract. i figured this was ok because ive never had aproblem like this before.are there any ways i can collect my money legally? any suggestions?

She was in front of me, both of us turning right. I thought she went, so I looked to the left so see if I was clear. I hit the gas & she was still in front of me. I probably went 10mph max. I didn’t have enough distance to pick up any more speed than that. She asked me if I was OK and I asked her if she was OK. Everyone was fine. She works for car insurance…an auto claims supervisor. Could she be lying because she knows the ins & outs of car insurance? I haven't been told the details of her 'injury'. What should I do? Sit in front of her work & secretly videotape her?!

I am a professional medical provider, I am not a computer saavy person, I went to medical school to help heal people..
The practice where I am currently employed has just purchased a very expensive computer program which is by no means user friendly, they are stating that all the providers (except two that are older 70's) HAVE to learn this program or they will be fired.
They have provided VERY little training and have not lessened the patient load to allow us time to try and learn this program.
This was not a condition of employment when I was hired, they just sprung it on everyone. - This program is designed to eliminate all paper charting,so this office would be completely paperless.
I have been a medical provider for over 15 years and have never been exposed to this.
In your opinion is this legal, or can I fight it. If they are making an exception for two providers they should be willing to make one for those who are struggling to learn this. My patients come first. HELP!

Last year I won physical and legal custody of my 12 year from her mother who lives in PA. I plan on moving to Texas in July from New York state. My question is can her mother who only has visitation rights, petition to stop me from moving out of NYS even though she does not live here? What are the steps I need to take to modify my custody rights in NYS? Could the judge order me to stay in NYS just because it is in the best interest of the child even though her mother is a resident of Pennsylvania and we dont have any sort of agreement where I have to stay in the same state?

I dont have the money for a lawyer because I spent it all trying to get custody of her.
