interstate compact rules for moving to another state dose it have to be family brother,sister, cousin??????

Ask your Probation Officer. Make a relationship with the person anyway by being open and "honest" with him.
They will allow you to move out of state, but certain provisions will have to be met...for instance, you are moving for a job opportunity (and you will be under the supervision of that area!!)

It can only be immediate family (mom, dad, sis, bro, grandma, grandpa) only with permission
