My lawyer did a real estate closing and handled a couple minor issues (that he did not complete)
He refuses to give me an invoice although he got paid over $10,000.00 at the closing. What should I do?

File a complaint against him with your state's Bar Association.

Well, I believe his payment may have come at the closing, so you should have it on the HUD statement from the bank or mortgage company (although you don't say if you were selling or buying).

As for the other work, if he wanted to get paid, he should have sent you an invoice. No invoice, no payment.
