I have my court date tomorrow and don't want to pay traffic ticket so I am trying to go to general distric court tomorrow.
Is there any way I can take my kids (10month and 2 years) to the court?

Call the clerk of court office and ask them. I imagine you're not the first person who wants to do that. The courthouse is open to the public, and your children are members of the public. Not everyone can pay a babysittter while they take care of legal matters.

Yo can do anything you want however the children must remain quiet in teh courtroom Maybe talk withbaliff and let s/he know that you have children and maybe he can come out to lobby and get you when it your time However must appear or a warrant will be isued for ur arrest Another thing might consider is calling the court clerk and explain your dilema no guarantee they will work with you on the case Best to find sitter One thing you also consider as fro motion to dismiss You muxt have good answer for that are request the charge be reduce but you might pay higher fine

Are they well behaved? Quiet? You wouldn't want to add contempt of court to your traffic fines. I'd call the clerk of the court and explain your situation and see if you could discuss the matter in chambers or with city attorney prior to court. They can be human if you treat them as you wish to be treated.
