I have a very important question. Ok..I've had 3 aggravated malicious wounding charges and one att.murder but it got dropped to an aggravated mal.wounding...2 of all charges got dropped and left me pulling a sentence of 6mths for one aggravated malicious wounding, thing is i'm being put on probation until im 21 since i pulled a short sentence..my regular sentence to pull was untill im 21 but they let me out early..My questions is..its been 3months and i've been doing good and i was wondering maybe in 6mths or 1 year of my probation time that i would have pulled is there anyway possible that the other 4yrs can be suspended from my probation?

With that much probation hanging over your head I would seriously doubt it. You may have to do 18 to 24 months or more. It's possible your probation could be lifted sooner but highly unlikely, if, as you say, you have 4 years left.

Continue to behave and you will be rewarded I am sure. Tell your probation officer you want to volunteer to help guide younger violators. Use your knowledge to help others and perhaps your desires will be recognized.

Good luck.

I hope not. If you stay out of trouble, probation won't hurt you. Based on your question you were charged with 4 major crimes before your were old enough to drive. I think you need all the supervision you can get.

Technically everybody is on probation. You're not allowed to commit any crimes or you go to jail, what's the big deal?

How dare you expect a reduced sentence. You should be in jail.

Why should it be?
