I think you have the question wrong. You should ask...
Do know any politicians who always keep their promises to the people?
I will try to edit this later if can come up with some names to your question. However, being a Canadian, it will be really difficult to find the name of a politician who does not make false promises to the people. As for any other countries' politicians, I would know much at all.
