In a world so complex. Where you have to earn to provide. The head of the house has a responsibility no doubt. When he cannot find a job, he will utilize all the resourses available to him. Maybe getting his child a job in a factory or so. If you as the government can give him his daily bread, the matter will close there. But if you as the government will make only laws, more laws and do not even understand the plight of the family, then who are you to talk? Who are you to judge?
