What...did you see that on an old Smokey and the Bandit?
Let's see...interracial marriages in Alabama are not a rarity in Alabama today. What's more, we read books, wear shoes, use computers, and actually floss on a regular basis.

No. Totally false. If there were such a law still on the books, the Supreme Court decisions, and the Fedeeral Civil Rights Acts would have made such an old law unconstitutional and unenforceable.

No, because the one you marry isn't your enemy. I don't think that white people are an enemy to my race because the one's who are I usually don't hang with me or talk to me. Sure there are white people that hate me because of the color of my skin but I doubt they are waiting in line to marry or date me. Some white people have done bad things to people of different races and still do but there are good white people who want nothing but love and respect for all people.

LOL, No we have come a long way.
I can not say what might have been a law..but I have never heard that one.
However we have been accused of being a bit behind the times...just not that behind...LOL

No, its not....you can pretty much marry anyone.....wait scratch that.......you can marry anyone that is of legal age and of different sex that yours......
